Accompanying the inaugural exhibition at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston, in 2006–07, Super Vision contains works in a variety of media, which express both the ecstatic and threatening aspects of vision, and reveal visual experience as a source of pleasure and fear. The book includes essays by exhibition curator Nicholas Baume, art historian David Joselit, and media theorist McKenzie Wark.
