Based on the popular Tumblr blog, this collection of photographs depicts the former North Korean leader engaged in the act of looking at things, often accompanied by a group of military personnel or advisers. Accompanied by João Rocha’s captions—“looking at cows,” “looking at pastry”—the photographs take on a comical bent. The book includes an essay by visual-culture writer Marco Bohr.
