Predator presents photographs that span from the 1920s through the 1970s and all have one element in common: they include the shadow of the photographer. Donat pushed this idea further and included only images in which the shadow is also wearing a hat. Any sense of identity is lost as the man with a hat becomes a repeated motto throughout the images.
